What are the Time & Attendance systems?

Time & Attendance (T&A) is a set of technical and informational tools, whose aim is to control the presence of an employee. Time recorders are devices used for this purpose, they are often equipped with the functionality of controlling access to specific protected areas throughout the facility. They usually work in the following modes: input (IN), output (OUT), business output (bussiness OUT) or other data set by the operator.

All these events are stored in memory, which can be accessed via a remote connection or a copy to another portable media. For identification of employees are usually used RFID access cards to which an additional password is assigned. It is possible to expand the system with a biometric module, which will be used to identify a person, for example, fingerprint.
